Seven Arts Pictures plc (NASDAQ:SAPX) stock gained 4.23% to $0.0271 after the company announced that it received approval from the State of Louisiana Historic District Commission regarding its proposed historic rehabilitation credits for the property at 807 Esplanade in New Orleans, Louisiana, as previously announced. The application for such credits was previously announced by the Company.

Tyson Foods, Inc. (NYSE:TSN) stock climbed 4.22% to $15.57. The company was recognized by the Arkansas Wildlife Federation (AWF) as Corporate Conservationist of the Year at the Governor's 2012 Conservation Achievement Awards Banquet held in Bryant Saturday.  AWF noted Tyson Foods' commitment to people, planet, profit and products, as outlined in the company's sustainability report, as the reason Tyson was chosen for the honor.

Baidu.com, Inc. (ADR) (NASDAQ:BIDU) shares jumped 2.57% to $119.90 in the early hour. Piper Jaffray reissued their overweight rating on shares of Baidu.com in a research report released on Monday morning. Piper Jaffray currently has a $200.00 price target on the stock. On average, analysts predict that Baidu.com will post $4.68 earnings per share for the current fiscal year.

Juniper Networks, Inc. (NYSE:JNPR) stock increased 3.24% to $18.33 after the company announced vGW Virtual Gateway solution enhancements that deliver unprecedented scale for large enterprises and service providers looking to implement a secure virtualized infrastructure, while simultaneously maintaining security, control and compliance.

Las Vegas Sands Corp. (NYSE:LVS) shares climbed 1.64% to $42.71 in the early hour. The company is currently the focus of several government investigations. This new case may spur a new probe. Las Vegas Sands Corp is Sands China Ltd.’s parent company. Sands China Ltd first-half profit fell 18.5% to HK$3.41 billion. No interim dividend is declared.
